Weddings

Do I need to hire a wedding coordinator?

NO! We include an onsite coordinator to make your day run as smooth as possible. The coordinator will conduct rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

What happens if it rains?

If it rains, your wedding ceremony may be held inside the Belle barn or in a tent. No extra charge!

What is your “hold” policy?

We can hold one date for up to three days at no charge (starting the day you receive the contract from us.) At the end of those three days, we will either release the date if we don’t hear back from you, or we can reserve it for you with a returned and signed contract along with your deposit.

What is your capacity?

The barn can comfortably seat up to 200 people for a plated dinner or formal buffet, and up to 250 people for a more casual cocktail-style reception.

What other extras are available?

Square & Round Hay Bales (for décor or seating)
Décor (table runners, centerpieces, lanterns, lace, etc.) - Cost Varies 2 vintage pews for ceremony 6 spools for sign in, cake, gift, or other use tables

What is your deposit?

Deposit of $2,000 and signed contract required to hold event dateFull payment required 60 days prior to event

Do you have a military discount?

We appreciate our military service men and women, so every couple with current or veteran military service receives a 10% discount.

Any rules I should know?

  • No smoking on Cherokee Rose Property (please make sure guest are aware of this, a $250 fine will be assessed to bridal party)
  • Walk through done after wedding
  • Facility day use is from (10 a.m. – 12 midnight) extra time will be charge accordingly
  • Any person can be asked to leave the premises if Cherokee Rose staff, the bartender, or security deems necessary to protect the venue or wedding party
  • Vendors must sign agreement & must pick up all trash left by their company
  • If assistance is needed at anytime during the wedding day please ask a staff member and He or She will gladly assist where needed
  • Lights are preset, if adjustments need to be made please ask a staff member for assistance
  • All animals are owned by Cherokee Rose and shall be treated nicely
  • The home on property is off limits to all wedding party & guest

Can we use sparklers?

Yes! As long as the Sparklers are handled at least 8 feet away from the barn and put out in the correct manner, either with your coordinator or someone assisting the event.

Do we need security at our event?

Security will be present at all events, this is taken care of by Cherokee Rose.

How long do we have the venue for?

On the day of event the venue is available from 10 am to midnight, 10:15 p.m. is last call for alcohol. Wedding guest may be on site for 6 hours only. Vendors need enough time to exit the venue by midnight. Also, please be aware that as a working farm, there may be farming activity/maintenance occurring on the grounds before an event.

Can I pay with credit card?

Ye, credit card is the only acceptable payment.

How many chairs & tables are provided?

Wood wedding chairs for 200 guest Wood long tables for 200 guest Wood benches for 200 guest  

Do you have to use on-site catering?

We would love for you to use our preferred vendors as we feel they are great at what they do, and can bring the best out of your wedding…but it’s not required. Please have your caterers, if not offered through Cherokee Rose, contact us asap, for requirements and serving through Cherokee Rose.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes you can stock your own bar, but you will need security and a licensed bartender on the premises when serving guest or family members. Kegs are allowed. No glass beer bottles.

Are animals allowed onto the premises?

Yes, must have permission before hand.
